ruby is a superhero. she wears a mask, cape and thigh-high boots. she also has a superpower; she can control electricity to deliver shocks varying in strength. I’m not making this up. she shocks me about five times a day.

i just got out of a meeting with this sweet hairstylist lady and she almost made me cry. she explained how she was stressed out about her financial situation because her husband passed away and he was the one who handled the financial side of their lives. she told me that meeting with me was like a burden being lifted. that’s how i know what i’m doing matters.

so this was pretty trippy. my sis sent me a pic of my dad today and it looked like he was wearing a Freddie Krueger glove on his hand. I get to their house just now and I ask my dad where his glove is and everyone has no idea what I’m talking about. I tell them about the picture my sis sent me and she’s like “he was rubbing lotion on his hands! you’re seeing things.”...
